An authentication email is send by Skype to confirm that you are the owner of the email address and that you would like them to provide the personal information Microsoft has collected about your Microsoft account and Skype ID.
The authentication request was fulfilled by the data subject.
An email was send by the Microsoft Customer Support stating that they have recently launched an enhanced privacy dashboard on where you can view, download and clear the most meaningful data tied to your Microsoft account.
The data subject clarified the request, stating that it is is about Skype data specifically, instead of the Microsoft data download provided. Therefore the subject access request is defined again in the email.
Three documents with personalized data on Chat History, IP connection history and log in history are provided. Additionally, the email elaborates on the information covered under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
