For the location data, we collaborated withx.mode that aggregates location data across 100 of commonly used mobile applications ranging from news toweather, map navigation, and fitness. The location-data collection was performed through a GDPR-and CCPA-compliant framework. The data covers one-quarter of the U.S. population across the Android and iOS operating systems
