This site hosts many [https://wiki.personaldata.io/wiki/Special:AllPages?from=&to=&namespace=120 items] and [https://wiki.personaldata.io/wiki/Special:AllPages?from=&to=&namespace=122 properties]. Only some are data controllers, though, for which a SAR should be generated.
