In April 2015, GSR and SCL Elections entered into an addendum to the January 2015 Agreement (“Addendum”), pursuant to which GSR provided Cambridge Analytica and SCL Elections with the underlying Facebook data used to “train” the algorithm that generated the OCEAN personality scores.
