The logs (travel history) are a combination of a patient’s personal statement and the digital data obtained from telcos, credit card issuers, etc.The logs describe the locations where the patient stopped by (as opposed to passing by), the time that they were there, and their mode of transportation.

For each event in the log, there is a statement about whether or not the patient had kept a face-mask on. For events where the patient spent a prolonged period of time with other people, there is also a description about whether or not the others had face-masks on.

Note that these logs are for patients who tested positive for the virus, so every log should have at least one event where the patient visits a health center to get tested.
