We are encouraging researchers-at-large to give us data about the personal data ecosystem.
We follow Wikidata's model of data donations, this page is heavily inspired from theirs, and frequently refers to it.

Good question. Properties and consensus around that, security issues, licensing issues. Point to the Wikibase registry. Might actually make more sense to contribute to Wikidata in many cases.
